Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new outfit, but if something isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and UK postcode to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select your preferred return shipping method and pay for your return label or generate a QR code for paperless drop-off.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop your parcel off at any authorized Royal Mail or courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit via email within 5-7 business days.
